Sent messages movement

I was trying to save some pms that I had sent because the person did not quote my response in their response but I was unable to move sent items to any other folders. Why is this and is it possible that it could be changed?

I would definitely second this, having an easy way to save messages in general would be good

I think it would probably be best if you have to specify if a folder is a sent or received folder.

This can be done with a mod to volleying. If the staff want me to develop this I would be happy to

I don't think that saving messages for everyone would be a good idea.

It just doesn't particularly sit right with me.

With standard users, you have a limited amount of space in your PM box, yes? You will have to delete messages in order to clear up more space. But if you were to be able to save messages, the space in your PM box would serve virtually no purpose. It would serve no purpose because if you constantly save messages, you would be throwing off the amount of space and have to do delete save messages and it would turn into a cycle of saving messages and deleting them for space.

I just feel it would be a better option for paid members because they have much more PM space and receive more perks than the standard member does.

I can totally see what your saying but you can already download messages in multiple formats and the messages in your folders still count towards your quota (this is the same for paid members)

Still, with that being said, if the getDare option was to save messages for every standard user, they would have to totally reconfigure how the PM section works and it would cause a lot of issues and differences.

I just meant I wanted to move messages from the sent folder to a different folder for safekeeping

I still think that it should be an option for paid users for the reasons that I have given. Too much configuration and dispute on how it would work.
