Let's see... what to have you do? Well obviously I'd like you do put on white noise through some headphones, blind yourself and... guess when 15 minutes have passed. When you think the time has passed, take off the equipment and check the clock and then punish yourself for any failures as follows:

14-15.99 minutes: No punishment

Just did 15 minutes with pebbles in shoes, walking in place while working on cusps. Not a fun way to do them, but had to get that infernal combination done so I can get that keyword done away with today.
