Go shopping wearing either only underwear or a swimsuit. Spend 20 minutes in the shop.

Go to a park wearing normal clothes, shoes, socks. Strip down tounderwear or swimsuit. Take at least 5 minutes to strip. Then spend 30 minutes walking around in just the swimsuit. If you can, get soaking wet in a fountain, at a water fountain, or bring a water bottle. Extra points if you ask a stranger how, where you can cool off.
