I'll give you the groundwork for a dare here. The final outcome would really depend on the person controlling the toys, providing some potential for escalation.

As you have 6 floors, the dare will have six stations you have to complete. Dress up before the start, your outfit should contain a max of 5 pieces.
You take two of your remote controlled toys and activate a link for them, so someone random can pick them up. Lush and Hush always make a good combination, but you have to be able to edge using only the toys. So if you need the Domi for that, you may also use the harness to keep it in place.

Take a bag with you where you bring some stuff:
Ankle and wrist cuffs (including locks)
Ballgag
Nipple clamps
Headphones (or something similar to limit your hearing)

Before you leave your appartment, you put on the collar with your name and the horse blinders.

Go up to the top floor and face a wall there. This will be your position on each floor until you get back to your appartment.
Your have to edge on each floor in order to go to the next one. However, you are not allowed to touch yourself, so you are at the mercy of the person controlling the toys. Your sucess might come down to your negotiation skills and what you are willing to do or give up.

On each floor you have 10 minutes to complete the edge. If you fail, there are consequences below.
After completing the floor, you drop one piece of clothing and add one toy from your bag (controllers choice).
Once you completed all floors, collect your clothes before you go back into your appartment.

Open these only after you completed the dare.

Each floor you failed to complete within 10 minutes, earns you 10 minutes outside, blindfolded, ankles and wirsts cuffed (behind your back), about 100m away from your clothes - to be completed with better weather

Reward for completing all floors within the time limit:

Place a chair in front of your open window. Cuff your ankles to the chair and your wrists behind your back. Blindfold yourself and play white noise through headphones. You'll have the domi fixed at your clit for 30 minutes being controlled. During this you may cum.

For your edge for this post:
Do it while performing a deepthroat training. On your knees, deepthroat the dildo and hold it. You are only allowed to rub yourself while you hold the dildo as deep as you can. Repeat until you reach the edge.
