Actually: Let's have a reduction task: you can reduce 1 edge per 20 words (20 edges max) written here in a report how all these edges and denial are influencing your daily routine and thought processes.

As an aside, I can’t vouch for Cal’s Curse, but another file listed in the thread ((found here)is one I have listened to many times and I can say that it has increased my interest in pleasure without release considerably
