Diapers and Catheters! Ideas?
I have a bunch of catheters and diapers and I'm looking to ens up losing urinary continence. Kik is meiguo420

Take a shower and get everything nice and clean, it's VERY important. If you have a catheter insert tray make sure you use sterilization procedures to prevent infections. Put the catheter in and diaper up. Let the catheter free flow into your diaper. Change the catheter every 7 to 14 days maintaining cleanliness and sterilization. It will take a while for your body to condition it's self to know it just pees constantly or will make you need to go very frequently and likely have very limited control.
