The game is pretty simple - get plenty hydrated, take 2+ identical cups and put piss (the clearer the better) in one and water in the other. Mix them up so that you don't know which is which. The players choose how many rounds they will play, and they will agree to a forfeit if someone won't drink what they are supposed to.

Best played on cam. The opponent chooses which cup to take a sip out of, and you enjoy. If on cam, you can pretend to like it or hate it depending on if you want them to pick it again or not.... but you also could be reacting for real... your opponent will have to try to figure it out when they choose the next drink.
