So, to be clear:

30 mins exercise = 30
Daily water = 15
Jacks+sit ups = 15
Sit ups = 2

Total: 62 points?

All sit ups I've changed to reverse sit ups due to health, and it will probably remain that way for at least a few months. I accept if this disqualifies me from points; I'm here to get strongerer! Please do let me know, though.

The half hour was good, testing out my old dynamic stretching routine, my tolerances with some free weights, and BJJ 'animal walks' and exercises that don't require equipment while I'm clearing/decorating.

This week has been very much about maintenance, cleaning and testing my gear and just seeing how things sit and feel to help plan my next moves.

A new exercise suggestion: alternate between doing 10 sit ups and 10 leg lifts until 50 of each have been completed.

Today I've got more free time so I did my plank exercise and submisse_s one. Submisse_s, that was actually pretty good one, after the planks and sit-ups and leg-lifts my core is burning...

Sit ups + squats =10
Side plank + plank = 10
Alternating sit ups + leg lifts = 15
Spiderman push ups = 6

Potential total for the week = 41

So, from the OP, is it to get any points that week you must perform all exercises to get any points?

Performed the modified sit ups and squats. (+10?)

Planks I need to leave alone for a while, like normal sit ups, so not done. Same for the leg raises.

I think how careful I need to be with my core at the moment is putting me out of this thread. It's a great idea, though, and I really hope it grows and you refine it more to your liking. I'll be doing what I can to help keep the thread alive for you, but my participation will be limited.
