An Issue...
As part of a Dare thread I gave a user access to qustudio accouunt that had premium membership and now I've completely lost access to the account...controls aren't active anymore and they are not responding to any messages I send.
I looked on Qustudios site but the only way to really do anything is change the password...which only works if the email of the account hasn't been changed... There is their "contact us" thing but it requires me to sign in. What can I do? Anything?
