Well, i deal with shrinkage every day. Considering im WAY small to begin with.

2 1/2 inches hard. Soft, on a normal day, half an inch.

Yikes. One time the showers at school wouldn't warm up, so I took a cold one. It must have been maybe 60% shorter after that, and I didn't notice. So then all the guys started laughing at me after I walked out. Then they went in. It was one of those times when everybody shuts up and nobody talks about it.

Cold isnt a mans best friend, also, i dont know if any guys have experienced it but say if you're playing with yourself for a while, without the intention of cumming, lets say, a couple of hours do you find that after a period of inactivity you get shrinkage even while erect. Im usually about 7in but after this i can easily go down to 5... its really odd...

I experience shrinkage often, but that is generally to do with drug abuse. The cold generally doesn't change it alot, it does a bit, but not too noticeably.

Yep, it's definitely a real thing. I'm normally much much smaller when I'm not erect, I think it has to do with how much circulation or blood flow there is when it's completely flaccid. When I get out of the pool or take a cold shower I experience even further shrinkage. On the flip side, if I'm on a nude beach in the sun for awhile it actually gets bigger even though it's completely flaccid still. Probably the genitalia in general contracting or expanding to conserve body heat or cool down.

Mine really bothers me. It's 6 inches hard, but only 3 inches soft, and yea, after a cold swim it gets to 2 inches. But I do notice when I'm turned on but not hard it gets to 5 inches soft.
