Your goal is not to get caught flashing, just to get as many points as
possible, flashing in places without being seen, but with a real risk of being
seen (if you did get caught flashing, that won't make a difference to your
points)!

You get points each time you're flashing until deadline: 1st October, 2015.
Collect points by posting a report here of every unique flash (must be at a
different kind of location each time, for example: in the middle of a trail
in a park, in front of an office glass door)!

-> How to calculate the risk of being seen: Count the number of people
you see before doing the dare walking by or looking at the spot you have
choosen for your flash spot. Divide them by the time. For example, 5
people in 20 minutes seen makes a risk of ≈15 people per hour (just
multiply with 3 to make the time = an hour in this case). Your flashing
has to be directed in the direction where people usually turned up before
you started your flashing dare (around a corner, through a door, etc).

-> Now it is up to the next GetDarer to evaluate your points for that
dare. The scale is 1 to 100 points, so if you reported a minimally
daring flash: only one person seen there, with no real risk (showing
ass with undies on) and exposure time 10 seconds, you get 1 point. If the
risk is max: (≈60 people seen per hour), 100% nude, exposure time 60 sec,
action in flash: using 2 sex toys to cum, providing a proof pic etc, etc,
the points will get close to 100. A "normal" flash, say: full frontal
nude (standing in the middle of a track in a park showing pussy and tits
while holding a dress up with both hands with eyes shut until something is heard)
30 sec, ≈10 people per hour seen before the dare started, should render a 10
