Long term chastity comfort question

Hi,
I was wondering what you all use to keep your chastity cage comfy. I've heard that baby oil works well and personally I use a pretty basic baby lotion. What stuff do you use/ do you use any? I'm looking to lock up for longer periods of time, but I'd like to find some alternatives .

Im new to this but Ive used a small amount of water based lube around the ring. More important than lube is a good fit, Ive tired a few different sizes and materials until I got it right.

I'm hardly a veteran, but I've found Vaseline to be better than water based lube. I only have to apply it every other day or third day to keep things comfy.
