you may not remove any of them for a week. you may displace/lower to go bathroom. Each day you must do 1 hour of exercise to get yourself sweaty. You may not shower, use deodorant/perfume. At the end of the week take off all your outfits and sniff every item of clothing and rate which item smells the worst.

For the next 2 week you are going to have 3 Face masks in rotation.
One has to be in the front of your diaper.
One is hung up to dry and
the third one is the only one you are allowed to use.

When the Drying diaper is dry enough to use you rotate
Diaper -> Drying -> Face -> Diaper

If you don't feel comfortable enough to wear the masks in Public, you have to wear the masks while at home for 2h a day.

Your dare is to keep a mask in your diaper all day, you have to wear that mask for either 1 hour in public or 4 hours at home the next day
