You need to stop what you are doing and strip down. You have to wear nothing but a thick diaper for the next hour, during this time you need to be drinking plenty of liquids and iced tea. Go get dressed in a pair of shorts no underwear over the diaper and pack a diaper bag with 4 diapers, powder, wipes, and baby oil. Before you leave the house cook oatmeal and cool it off to stuff down the front and back of the diaper you are wearing.

You must wear this diaper for 6 hours or have wet significantly 3 times.(I hope you have a quality diaper to wear) You may only change in public restrooms with multiple stalls, and you have to carry your used diaper openly from the stall to the trash can closest to the exit door for maximum exposure.

The next day you have to yourself, you're going to spend diapered. Once you've diapered yourself up, you are to wear very form fitting clothing, preferably something that does next to nothing to hide your diaper bulge.

Once you've got your outfit on, you're to head to your nearest superstore, i.e, walmart, kmart, etc. Some place where they sell diapers themselves. Spend some time wandering around, browsing the isles and wet yourself when you can.

After you have wet yourself, head over to the pharmacy department and browse the diaper selection. Spend plenty of time here, and do your best to look confused. If someone asks if you need help, you are to ask them if they have the brand you are wearing. Pull down the waist of your pants and show them. If nobody from the store asks, ask a stranger in that department or that isle.

Afterwards, grab any package you desire and checkout. Head home, and enjoy the rest of your day.
