Here's how it works:
Give the person above you a challenge. It can be a dare, or even a game or something that's up to chance. If the person above you either cannot complete the challenge or decides to forfeit, they must do the punishment you give them (optionally, you may ask them to PM you with their results). Please follow the person's limits for both the challenge and punishment (and post your limits if they're not in your signature).

Example:
Do 20 pushups in 3 minutes. If you can't do it, strip to your underwear and give yourself a wedgie for 10 minutes.
