DARE! Part two

A shivering, naked, Kate emerged from the bathroom. Kate said, “Seriously guys, you win, here, you saw me naked, now where are my clothes? They all said, “Did you check the bathroom, top to bottom?” She said, “Yes! They’re not there!”

Everybody checked for fifteen minutes, but no one could find anything. Tom said, “I think they were stolen!” Amy asked, “By whom?” That stumped Tom, until he said, “Well, anyone could h have stolen the clothes, even Kate herself.” “Me!” cried Kate, “Why would I steal my own clothes?” Tom said, “I’m just saying it’s possible. Calder suggested, “Let’s just go back to the game!” Kate said, “But my parents are coming in about an hour! If they see me naked, I’ll never see you guys again!!!”

They agreed to find the clothes.

Cady said, “Guys let’s use common sense here. They had to be stolen, so let’s not just look for them. Let’s find the thief!”

They went to the ‘crime scene’. They saw muddy footprints.

Cady asked, “Okay. Amy can you draw a map of your house?” Amy drew a map.

“So now,” said Cady, “we have to figure out who was where at the time of the, uh, robbery. Kate was in the bathroom, I was in the Kitchen.” Kate said “Okay. Amy, where were you?” Amy said, “In the Den, watching a movie with Bob here.” Bob said, “Yep. National Treasure was on.” Cady said, “Good. Where were you, John?” John replied, “With Tom in the Living Room. We were playing Game boy.” Cady questioned, “Is that true, Tom?” Tom said, “Yeah.” Cady said, “Okay. Beth where were you?” Beth answered, “In Amy’s room, trying on make-up.”

They examined for a while, and Cady said, “I know who did it!”
