I guess I can give a little leeway. Apply it to your nipples & clit when you get to your work. If it wears off inside 30 minutes you should apply every hour. If it takes longer than 30 mins or is too unbearable for that length of time, apply every 2.5 hours.

Obviously still your decision if you want to follow this suggestion.
