It would have been sitting a while so be careful of ammonia.
A similar effect might be accomplished by either letting your own urine sit for a few weeks-months, or boiling it for a while.

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Its a bad idea if you ask me

Fox urine has a much muskier smell than human urine.

Slutbrain, I really don't think any harm is involved unless the person does something beyond the dare!

I wouild have thought you could minimise the risks a bit by leaving it out for a few mins, just to let any harmful gasses dispurse if there is any.

I don't think any seriously harmful gases form in high enough quantities, though.

Also, I don't think the ammonia it produces would be necessarily harmful, not from just a few sniffs!
