I honestly think woman should be punished for getting their periods because I mean in all reality it means we failed are job as woman for that month that she why strating this month I have punished my self in a few ways but I would honestly love more ideas here's what I've done one so far

Not taken anything to help with pain
Only use one of those diva cups that collect the blood
Leave changing it an hour after the 12 hours mark
When I do change it I put ice hot on my clit
Made my self a tack bra

So I think all girl should be punished but I also need help figuring out what else I can now possibly do

I wouldn't leave a menstrual cup in any longer than instructed. 12 hours is an ABSOLUTE maximum. It is still best to change it after no more than 8 as you would a tampon. The risk of toxic shock syndrome is still very much there. I'm sure you could find a different way to torture your body. TSS is forever.

However, it is important to understand that we, as females, can still have loves, and can still have jobs. We were biologically designed to be pregnant, but in today's society, we have a right to choose whether we want children or not.
