Wear a diaper under your clothes the next time you have dinner with your family and wet while talking to them. Don't change yourself til morning the next day but before you go to bed, mash up a banana and microwave it til its fairly warm, and put it in the back of your diaper and leave it their til morning.

ok your dare is to start having small accidents just lettle ones enough to get your underher wet but you can only change your underwhere once a day and same goes even if your trousers get wet and if your trousers get wet you must then pee in them completly and then go to a store with a wet patch very visabel and get diapers then diaper yourself in a public bathroom
