2. Wear your favorite pants, underwear, socks and shoes
3. hold 20 mins for every person in the potato
4. release lying in the shower with your legs lifted over your head
5. The first drink must be 750 mL of water
6. Listen to a quiet, relaxing river background sound the whole time
7. 1 squat every 5 min
