haha, alright I'll give you one then,

do arm circles ( with your arms fully outstretched perpendicular to your body )
holding an oiled up cucumber in each hand, if you drop one, start over.

Do 5 sets of 3 minutes, or you can do 5 sets of 2 minutes in front of an open window. Re oil the cucumbers for each set.

do 3 sets of nude blurpies 10 in each set.

blurpie- start in a pushup chest down position, do a pushup, jump feet under you and then jump as high as you can, then back to a down pushup postion.

get yourself hard then start doing pushups in a rugged area. the tip of your penis touches the ground hard every time. do 50 pushups this way then run a naked mile...outside is prefered but a treadmill will work as well.

get naked, tie your your balls up, attach clothsppins to your nipples and wear the tightest pair of underwear you own.
here is your workout:
15 pres-ups
50 sit-ups
20 burpies
2 sets of 2 minutes of the plank
sets of 3 minutes of v-sits

if you dont know what any of them are, it is simple google them
