Here is the report required by the boomer, Jimmy 12345.
I got naked and bound my legs, with ropes around my ankles and thighs and one long piece to cinch them and get my heels off the floor. I collared myself so I wouldn’t remove my arm by locking a wrist cuff to the D-ring over my neck.
