Hi all this is my first time making a thread. i am kind of new around here so can you give me rules in all types of kinks? likes and limits in sig. A little bit of risk will be fun aswell. i do have girls panties but no bra. the rules can last a year longest but anytime inbetween then is ok. i have no toys. thank you

Rules should benefit your life overall, so before we begin, I want you to choose a mantra. It doesn't need to be kinky. An affirmation of something you believe about yourself or want to remind yourself of is fine. For example, "I can accomplish any challenge when I turn my attention to it and practice regularly" or "Being attentive to the needs of others helps me make the best choices." Choose something that suits you.

Now, for the next 30 days, you are going to exercise on three alternating days per week. Each of those 4-5 weeks, you will increase the number of sets you perform as you build strength. After every 10 reps (or every 5 minutes if it's an endurance exercise), you will repeat your personal mantra to yourself. If there are people around and it isn't safe to say the words out loud, you can whisper it or mouth the words silently to yourself.

You know what your body goals are, so the final part of this dare is to choose which type(s) of exercise you're going to do and post them in this thread for the forum to see.

PM me a progress report at the end of May, and again in mid-June about how it is going!

sorry i havent ben on getdare for a while because i was on vacation so i havent seen these unil now bu i will start all 3 right bow with the excersize being push ups. sorry about not replying sooner but any more rules would be much appreciated.
