I recommend that you set a deadline and some rule such as that you cannot do double publication in a row or that a certain time has to pass to be able to publish again (imagine that I now write 50 posts in a row adding 1 day in each of them), although it can be variable as in my case, because otherwise, you would be cheating yourself by closing the thread when it suits you.
