Creating a closed group for a game on kik (or your suggestions)

I am creating a kik group, the Idea isn't fleshed out yet but my aim with the group is to create a space/ platform with closed amount of people that can participate and exchange dares. (This also helps with accountability for dares). Right now the first structure i can imagine is every week 1 person gets to pick a task from get-dare threads. Then the entire group has 1 week to complete the dare with proofs. Those who fail are eliminated until the last one standing, that's the winner. The most convenient platform i can think of is discord but that thing has some strict policies, I would love your suggestions , and also in case you want to join the group feel free to drop a way for me to contact you,
