Punishment for Accidential Wetting

Hi,

today I truly embarrassed myself by very much involuntarily peeing my pants myself when I arrived at my building and was locking my bike. I managed to get into my room without being seen (luckily it was already dark), but maybe some of you feel that I need some kind of training.

The main-problem with your typical diaper-training is that I do team-sports basically thrice a week on and really cannot wear anything out of the ordinary there. If you have creative punishments/training-methods within my limits that are compatible with those restrictions, I would love to hear them.
