I absolutely agree, and I think the way the vote was structured didn't really lead to a true reflection of people's wishes. Now that you have a majority vote for continuing orgasms with some kind of control you should do a follow up poll to fully guage the way it should be done:

* Required to orgasm at the current rate (say 300/month) and punishments (e.g. clit hits) for every orgasm you didn't complete
* Required to increase rate of orgasm even further (e.g. 500/month) and punishments (e.g. clit hits) for every orgasm you didn't complete
* Required to reduce orgasms to one a day
