After seven days are done...each of the following tasks is cumulative, so on night fourteen you would do every one of the below tasks one after the other:

On the tenth night you also have to take your socks off and sniff deeply between each toe twenty times.
On the eleventh night before sniffing between each toe also gag yourself with your sock.
On the twelfth night once done with everything else take the socks out of your mouth and also kiss your bare soles fifty times each.
On the thirteenth night you must also lick the tops of your shoes clean.
On the fourteenth night after finishing everything else, lick your feet until they don't smell bad anymore. Good luck
