To both questions is the same answer I would rather it was me seen naked and in public it is such a rush and I am a total exhibitionist .

As with the responses above, I would prefer to be seen naked myself, and be naked in public myself. If I saw someone else naked in public it would most likely turn me on because I would be imagining myself in the same position.

I freaking love naked people! There's no such thing as a bad naked person.

I'm always down to see naked people, for sure! Being seen naked myself is... eh. It loses much of its charm after the first few dozen times.

Now in public? Wow, both! Being naked in public is amazing! Being arrested, though... not so much. And now? I'm not anyone people want to see naked anymore, so I'll go with seeing others naked in public as well.
