I've gotten some tasks that push my limits/I don't feel comfortable with. I'd like to remove them, but I feel like I need some sort of forfeit or punishment for doing so.

Tasks:
1. Go barefoot everywhere (not safe, especially when I go on runs).
2. Dog play

- be naked all time

- only crawling on all fours and not using your hands, things will be carries with your mouth

- no using of furnitures

- eat and drink out of bowls on the floor only using your mouth

- pissing will be done in the shower on all fours like a good dog

- no speaking inside your rooms, only barking

Thoughts on forfeit?
