I open sign ups when I have the time to create boxes. 5 lots of boxes can take me several hours, more if I need to modify them or discuss them/make alterations with the person they are for, or if they are for people with only a couple of likes/dislikes listed, and that is before the time involved for actually playing.

I don't have a lot of free time, so I only open them when I know I can get them done. So yes, it will, but I can't say when.
