I am slightly behind with my tasks, but will catch up soon, I think.
Generally I have to say that I feel absolutely nothing when using toothpaste. So I will skip this for the future. I pretty much like the nipple clamps. My clamps are strong, but bearable. I also "enjoy" the rubberband snaps. This is a very nice idea. Pinching and twisting is quite boring for me. Though I have to admit, that it is probably really good than done by someone else to you. My binder clips are biting very strong. The 2 mins were a big challenge and almost unbearable for such a long time. At the moment I do not know, how to stand the 5 mins. But I will try of course. Nipple pulling might also be an idea in addition to pinching and twisting.

@Sir Stefan: Finally I did this. I like the feeling very much, when my nipples are pulled. With every slight forward movement the bottles slide down immediately because of their weight. When moving back, they pull harder on the nipples because of the friction of the twine at the table edge. It is a great sensation, when you cannot move anymore in forward direction and you decide to step back few centimeters pulling the bottles up again by your nipples.
