Intro to 24/7 diapers dare

This is an intro to 24/7 diapers dare, it lasts a few days depending on your choices. Wetting and messing isn’t required but is encouraged by bathroom use restrictions. If your are already experienced with diapers you can do the hard mode suggestions (in parens).
Starting dare time 72 hours/3 days (144 hours/6 days)
1. you must wear diapers the entire length of the dare expect when changing or a once a day bathing break max 30 minutes (15 minutes)
2. changing your diaper adds an hour to the dare time (2 hours and you must drink a glass of water)
3. if your diaper ever leaks you must add 6 hours to the dare time
4. you may not use your home toilet
5. you may use your work toilet but doing so counts as changing your diaper
6. you may wet or mess your diaper at any time
7. if you want to pee/poop without using your diaper you must roll on the following table
1. you may use a public bathroom you have 30 minutes to find one if you don’t find one reroll (10 minutes and it counts as a diaper change)
2. you may go anywhere except in a toilet. This includes urinals so great luck if you’re male, only need to pee, and don’t mind that the guy next to you might see your diaper.
3. wait 30 minutes (an hour) then reroll
4. you may go anywhere including a toilet but only have 1 minute (30 seconds) to go and must wait an hour (2 hours) to reroll
5. you may go anywhere except your home toilet (wait 5 minutes then reroll)
6. bad luck either go in your diaper right now or try to hold it for an hour, if you make the hour reroll, if you try to hold it and fail add 6 hours to the dare (go in your diaper right now and add 6 hours to the dare)
