I used to play this quite often, but haven't done for a while. It requires skype and both participants on cam at the same time.

A decision is made as to who will go first. The the first player has to guess the word chosen by the second player. 8 or 9 letter words normally work about right. You are allowed to make 7 incorrect guesses of letters. if you get 8 wrong - then you strip completely...plus any additional forfeit that has been agreed beforehand. If, however, you guess the word before that point, then you remain fully clothed and the players swap over, with the second player guessing the first player's word. You keep on playing until someone gets their word in time. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes it takes much longer. But it can be played in skype chat and therefore works well, and doesn't require any bother with websites etc. Plus the added bonus that one person remains fully clothed, while the other gets fully naked.

Obviously you can add forfeits - such as the loser having to play again straight away, with a forfeit for each wrong letter they choose on that game.
