Make your pc save for a little kid:
Qustodio, bedtime 9pm, no search engines except kidrex, default filters, naptime twice a day one hour each.
You phone shouldn’t allow you to use the internet at all except for messaging and get for each normal app an app designed for babies.
Arrange all your old apps in a folder and hide it so only your baby apps are visible.
Keep for one week, have fun.

Install a parental control program on your computer, configure to block everything that is 6 +, including games, customize your computer to look very childish, and then block access to the control panel with the deskman, install 5 educational games, you alone Can use their computer for 3 hours a day, and at least one hour has to be playing the educational games, and at the weekend it has to be an hour and a half playing them.

do the same on your phone, and puts a female child launcher.

Do this for a week, and for each program and site program you put on the exceptions list increases 2 days in duration.

go on fiverr, find someone who will connect with teamviewer to install parental controls on your computer. Tell them you use their own password but to message it to you after a week!

install the salfeld Child Control on your smartphone or/and your computer, and put the login and password in your signature, use it until you finish the trial time it is a month or until you finish the Premium if someone pays for it, hope nobody increases the duration of the Premium account

Use qustodio to set a time limit 6 hours of internet use per day for one week. You may only have 5 white listed sites other then get dare. You may add additional sites daily but must subtract one hour from your allotted time limit per site.
