Cut the cups out of bra, or just where your nipple are,
go all day wearing it, pref with a tight fit t-shirt

hahaha!thats a good one although i wouldnt want to cut a perfectly good bra.although i could do it to one of my sisters.lol

Yes a old bra or your sisters would be an ideal choice

Maybe one that is too small cup size now, leaving the expense out of ruining a perfectly good one.

Can replace the material for clingfilm(uk)
sarenwrap(usa)-think thats what its called state side

Thus having a see thru bra! lol

i did this one and it was hillarious. i didn't replace the hole with anything. i then stayed like that in front of a window and smashed my boobs into the window
