This should seem really tame in comparison:

When you first wake up, don’t goto the bathroom, pack a diaper (and any other changing supplies if you normally use them) and a water bottle in a bag. Don’t put a diaper on.

You’re going to head out to a place with public bathrooms about an hour away.
This could be a park, mall, truck stop or any other location.

Sip from your bottle on the journey- it must be empty by the time you arrive.
Try not to wet yourself.

Once you get to your destination you may go into the bathroom, into a stall, and put on you diaper.
Now you may wet yourself and head home in your soggy diaper, but hopefully dry pants.

I think making sure you empty your bladder before bed each night might help. But I think an early bedtime is appropriate for someone who wets the bed.

For 6 nights, when you are able to (doesn’t have to be consecutive) your going to get a good nights sleep, 10 hours seems like a good start.

Before bed, diaper up and then wet your diaper.

Once you get into bed you cannot get out for any reason until 10 hours have passed.

If you do, add an extra hour to thevtime you must spend in bed each night.

You may not change your diaper until after you wake up and wet it again after getting out of bed.
