I'm locked most of the time. Unless I'm doing a dare or task that needs me to me completely naked, the belt doesn't come off.

My girlfriend holds the keys. Sometimes my sister.

My last lockup was of 7 months. But my current chastity thread has reached about 17-18 months

Not exactly submissive, but she holds my keys and often helps me on dares.
