It would cause some pain, the factor that is not dicussed is how heavy the door is. A large steel outside door with no closing device might hurt alot more that a hollow core inside door. As far as tieing your balls or dick to you toe and get tickled, might be fun, but here is another idea
Tie your balls tightly and leave both ends long. Long enough to tie to the top of your shoes. or better yet tie the rope to your shoes with your leg bent just alittle, then go for a walk. Be careful on the stairs, done that things got alittle tight but fun none the less.

I am telling you it did not hurt at all although the noise of the door slamming was a bit too much. Did I miss something? the rope was about ten feet long.

I thank the rope needs to be really little like one foot. It will hurt more with it like that, will it did for me.
