Best underwear for chastity belt?

Hey all!

I'm locked in chastity for the foreseeable future (see here:

), and the biggest thing in having trouble with is my underwear. What do you guys who are locked up wear for undies? I feel like boxers are too loose to support and briefs/boxer briefs squeeze too tightly over the cage and cause discomfort. What do you think?
