Ok so this is a extreme punishment for females.
You ill need a long enough rope to reach across a room. Tie large knots in the rope how ever far apart you wish to do. Tie the slaves breasts, and bind her hands behind her. place the slave with legs apart and rope inbetween her legs, (rope can be on the ground for now.) Now take the rope and pull it up so that it digs into her pussy, make the slave go up on her tip toes, see addition below for help on this one. Secure the rope on each side of the room. Now the fun. The slave will now have to walk her pussy over each knot in the rope to the other end of the room and then back up back to the other side of the room.
Now to add pain.
1.) Apply icehot to each knot
