Buy or bake a dozen birthday mini cupcakes. Choosing random phone numbers, call and tell them it is your birthday and you are lonely will they sing happy birthday to you? If they sing then you get to eat a cupcake. If they don't then you must put a cupcake inside your underwear. Call until you are out of cupcakes.

After doing the first dare (ONLY after), go somewhere public (you choose how public) and have a nice looong slooow walk. Make sure the cupcakes are still fresh in your underwear and you're still very messy. You will certainly attract some looks (so, decide wisely how public the place is and what way to go).

Once you're there, find the most secluded place (still public) you can, remove your underwear and throw the cupcakes (don't just leave them there, dispose of them properly), then dress up again and go back home to celebrate.
