Ok here you go:

I call this the self-suspended wedgie.
1st take a smal rope or scarf and thread it through the legholes of your underwear.
2nd get on a stool and put each end of the rope over a hook (high enough off the ground that your feet won't touch).
3rd grab the ends of the rope or scarf.
4th climb off the stool and hold yourself off the ground with the rope or scarf.
Hold for as long as possible!!

if you would like you could strip to just your underwear before you do this
