Dress however you would normally dress when going to chat with one of your flatmates (no shoes or socks, though!) and then remove one item before leaving your room.

Now go find the one who caught you and laughed about it and bring it up. Ask how she felt about it (do your best to blush like crazy, which I suspect will not be a challenge). If she responds at all positively, confess that you're something of a closet nudist and were wondering if she would mind if you were naked sometimes, totally non-sexually.

Optionally, if you feel the vibe is right for it, ask if she would mind if you took off your clothes then and there while you're talking about it, to see how it would feel.

If she responds positively to any of this, ask if she would mind talking to the others for you, and to let you know what they decide. Offer to allow them to make any rules about it that they want, either limiting or encouraging/requiring your nudity under various circumstances.

If they decide you may be naked at times around them, do so!

Obey any rules they come up with, permanently.

Fair enough. It might not go as badly as you think, but... you're right. If it does go bad, it could be very bad indeed.

What if you just talked to her about it, no conditions or expectations, just feel her out about what she thought of seeing you, as delicately as you can?

Like, start off with, "Hey, um... so the other day, when you saw me naked when my towel fell, um... I hope that didn't bother you?"

Then, if she says something like, "No, not at all, I thought it was cute," then you'll have an opening to admit that it kinda turned you on, too, maybe like, "You did? I honestly can't stop thinking about it..."

If you get negative vibes at any point, you can switch to apology mode, and no social suicide will have occurred.
