i'm looking for rules to live by as a fuckpig. I've been very lax in my fuckpig activities recently and want and need to get back into it. The best way for me to do this is to have some rules to follow!

Each day you must:
1. Apply your nipple clamps
2. Wear them for 1 minute + time from the previous day
3. Pull them off after 20 mins
4. If you have more time left, take a 10 min break then reapply in a different position and continue...

For example, if you are 30 days in, you will wear for 20 mins, pull off + rest, then reapply for the remaining 10 mins before pulling off again.
