Working Out Naked?

The local yoga center has a nude yoga class for men, it is a blast!

I sometimes work out naked when im at home by myself. When i do its running on a treadmill. When im not naked i work out in shorts and a sports bra

I've done some squats before, they can be very hard. Although the way you do it must be more freeing.

We are busy putting together a gym of sorts at home .Its gonna cost in the region of 1000 pound but well worth it so I can excercise gently as I cant do to much because of my back but want to try and lose a bit of my middle age drift lol .So I can work out nude .

We got lucky on ebay we know have a rowing machine , stepper , bike and running belt , we just waiting on the delivery of the multi_gym .

I don't really work out often myself but I have done it naked, very very rare that I would though

I would love to work out naked, but unfortunatly live with my parents, and im not sure the gym would let me! But given the opportunity, I would work out naked every time!

To answer original question, YES, I work out naked every time my master asks me to! Even when I workout by myself I'm dressed veeeery skimpy... Much easier to shower myself then to wait for smelly clothes to get washed and dried......

This is assuming that you are pretty active and do a fair bit of exercise. It doesn't have to involve the gym to count.

If you had to choose a workout that you had to do naked for one session, what would it be?
