Not sure if this should go here or in the lounge.

If anyone has a console that you can talk with other people, then you can have a real life conversation while using getdare.

Yeah, or like wii speak on the wii and whatever the Xbox 360 has.

I don't get how this is a suggestion for getDare. To use a game console, while being on getDare? Or do you mean a speaking function as part of the site?

Like if anyone has friends on here, and instead of just always typing to one another back and forth, you could go on the console and talk to one another via that.

The speaking function as being part of getdare got shot down a while back, lol.

No. You know there are video games where you can verbally talk to other people? Is just like that except you wont be playing a game. I tried to explain it the best I can.

You are saying people from getDare should talk to each other over games consoles.

Yes. Like if someone is a friend with someone else, I think it could be cool if they verbally talk. It will be even better if they both were on getdare while are doing it, could have some pretty interesting conversations.

Yeah, this might be better in the lounge.

Something like Second Life or IMVU or Habbo Hotel? A virtual world where you make your own 3-D or 2-D character and can walk around and talk to others?

Just pick up the phone and call them.. or go on webcam and audio chat.. or go on your game if you have one. I don't see how this is a suggestion.

No. Just picture you sitting down at your compuer, you have your video game console with you, so you can talk into the mic while you are using gd. Its like talking to another person using phone to phone, except it will be through the mic on the game console.

Ah, I see. Seems simple enough. If the post were in the lounge people could probably arrange stuff with others.

True, but at least you can save on the phone bill and save minutes on the cell phone. Also, not sure if people would be comfortable enough to go on webcam.

Why would you have to use a game console? Almost every IM chat service (AIM, MSN, YAHOO, SKYPE, ETC) has the ability to voice chat with people... You can run the voice chat in the background on your computer while you troll the getdare boards... I can't believe how complicated this is being made out to be...
