Dares and rules daily

I need some dares and rules to follow every day. I work in the mornings but after that I rarely have plans. Normally have the house to myself for 3 hours every afternoon. I just want to have some consistent rules in place as well as do dares each and every day!

If the day beings with a T you're to drink 1L of liquids above what you'd normally drink during the morning before your alone time. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday you're to drink 500ml more. You must not use the bathroom within 30 mins of leaving work, on the way back or when home alone. If you need to pee you should either go in your clothes or do this dice dare first.

The rule lasts 2 weeks and each time you do the dice dare you should increase the difficulty level. After the 2 weeks if wet reduce the amounts by 500ml, if dry for 2 weeks increase by 500ml (or more if you find it very easy). Report after 2 weeks welcome, have fun
