Like-minded friends. Or that was what it would have taken back when I would have done such a thing - when I was young. (I did something like that, so...) But in the loneliness of old age? Alcohol and horniness.

A whole lot of money. There is kids in the neigborhood and I don't need any accidental things. Plus my HOA is a POS and a PIMA, so I don't need anything bad to come of it. But a ton of money would allow me to move after, so that'll be fine.
